Helped us with a more unusual purchase!

She helped us work through a situation where we went under contract with the house we purchased while our house was under contract. However the buyers of our house backed out due to financing problems. Gracia helped us to work things out with the sellers as we worked on getting our house sold. It went down to the wire but she was great at making it all fit together.

She was aggressive with negotiations and was available all day everyday if we had any questions. She also had a line up of houses we could look at in our price range and had everything we were looking for in a home. I would definitely use her services again in the future.
